ON FOOT
Pateniemi Sawmill Museum is located in a residential area, and it is possible to arrive there from multiple directions on foot.
BY BICYCLE
It is also possible to arrive at the museum from multiple directions by bicycle. The main bicycle route from the city centre to Haukipudas passes nearby the museum. Turn from the pedestrian road by Haukiputaantie to Sahatie and follow it until you arrive at the museum.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The nearest bus stops are Leppioja E and P as well as Honkapirtti E and P. The stops are located approximately half a kilometre from the museum.

BY CAR
When arriving from the national road 4, take exit 13 and continue along Raitotie to the west, towards Pateniemi. Cross over Haukiputaantie and continue straight until you arrive at the museum. There are a few parking places at the museum.
Accessibility
The museum is not fully accessible. There are steep stairs with a handrail leading to the entrance.
Guide dogs are welcome at the museum.
There are no toilets at the museum.
